Goals: Swim in the 2008 Olympics. 

Achievement: Koba set Division 1 state records in the 100-yard freestyle (45.79 seconds) and 200-yard freestyle (1 minute, 38.51 seconds). He also participated in two relays that finished first in the state finals -- the 200-yard freestyle (1:26.46) and the 400-yard freestyle (3:08.78). Pioneer finished first in the state.
